Let's assume, we would be able to create a community with more than 1 million members. Let's further assume, that they would be willing to donate from time to time. Let's further assume we have an organisation, that can invest money and make profits. What else could be done with the money to accelerate the speed of development of new therapies?

Probably there are other ideas, which have nothing to do with the original version of this vision, but are nonetheless worth being discussed.
