Please read before posting

I would like to discuss my idea from a general point of view in this forum.

I know, there are so many other organisations around, so why should it make sense, to establish another one? What could be the benefit?

The main reason I came up with this idea at all was Opexa's trouble to finance their phase 3 clinical trial.
To me, the result of the phase 2b trial für Tovaxin/Tcelna looked very promising. But I'm a software engineer and not an expert when we talk about developing new therapies.
Probably, there is a good reason, why Opexa had such problems to get the money to finance a phase 3 trial.
