Providing services that are not in the core business of a small company
Tasks, like designing a clinical trial and taking the necessary steps together with the appropriate authorities, building up connections with possible trial sites, enrolling patients, collecting processing the data, etc. are all tasks that drain a lot of resources of a small company.
What if such tasks could be provided by a kind of expert group or at least accompanied by advisors who have the appropriate experience and connections to go through it as smooth and as efficient as possible.
Our organisation could have as goal to building up appropriate expert groups, who could jump in and help.
It's clear to me, that this is not a short-term goal, but in the long run, it could definitely be something that could help.
